Huli Sues is a little country eatery with big tastes,
local colors  and a small environmental footprint.
Everything we do at Hulis is either handmade or homemade
and always slow cooked.
Bbq briskets, whole smoked chickens, and St Louis spareribs
served slathered with our original classic and Hawaiian inspired sauces are menu mainstays.







Along side the que, our menu boasts a
gourmet salad bar with greens and
vegetables pulled out of the garden each morning.   Not to mention our downhome gourmet dishes from the grill and oven featuring our coconut curries, 
green pork chile stews and
big bowls of soups...
